Irene arrived on Singapore’s sunny shores in 2012, and has 15 years of Human Resources experience, over 8 of which are in the advertising industry. While initially specialising in HR operations, an interest in understanding the business beyond operations resulted in her shift to taking on a role as a HR Business Partner.
She is now the HR Director of MullenLowe Singapore, where she manages the end-to-end employee life cycle services, ensuring they align with the agency’s strategic vision. She also translates the agency’s business strategies into defined HR priorities, developing the right talent to strengthen performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness.
She has a passion for developing young talents and is always inspired when working together with them.
In her free time, Irene enjoys discovering the spiciest food in Singapore and has recently begun reacquainting herself with the art of playing the accordion.
